Byron Dragway results from today...
I installed the "needswings" intake last night and I knew right away the car has a seat of the pants difference. Well, I was right!
I ran a 12.9@107 today! 60 ft. was 1.91 consistently and weather was mid 60's. DA was around 1,400...
I will be doing a review on the needswings intake shortly but overall I am VERY impressed with it.

Chi-Town what time did you leave the track? We didn't get there until 2:00, I was really hoping to see a Crossfire go down the track and I would have liked to meet you, hopefully today. It sounds like from your 60' times you didn't have any traction problems? The track seemed really greasy by the time we got there, which is why we decided to go a little later in the day, so hopefully the track would be a little better.

Chi-Town,
When you do a nasty burnout, are you experiencing 1-tire-fire (one wheel spinning)?
I would do a quick burnout when I launched, but nothing excessive. I was under the impression that these cars had an open rear axle, but I could clearly feel the car sliding sideways when doing the burnout, which usually means two are spinning.
Also, what tires do you have?
What was your launch method?
Traction on or off?
Launching in 1 or D?

So I am confused on that, can you explain it?
I have the Pilot Sports.
Launch method was traction control off, launching in 1st at 1,500 RPMS (foot on brake and then releasing).

My car was spinning really bad from 1,000 rpm, or 1,200 rpm, 1,500 would be even worse.
Maybe I need to do a little more burnout - but I think my track was just really slick. I couldn't 60 ft worth a crap...

I may go on Wednesday if the weather is right. Problem is, all of our running is at night so the track usually isn't very sticky.

His last pass the boost fell off around the 1/8th so there is some kind of a problem, haven't talked to him yet to see if he found the problem or not. I think the problem with his truck is simple. If we get it ironed out maybe we'll be back out there next weekend also, so hopefully I'll see you then.
