If it makes a difference in price and you need a 10th, let me know and I'll see what I can do (pulleys and intake).

Are you planning to do a Dyno Run with pulleys, WITHOUT intake?

And then again with BOTH?

Thanks,
Shawn

Put me down for one pulley kit for now. I may be getting two though, one for my co-worker and another for my wife's car. I will verify tonight if I want one or not (may have to wait until after Christmas). I may also want an intake with the second pulley. As of now, one pulley kit for my co-worker is for sure.

Please let me know how to pay, etc, so I can forward this to my co-worker.

Thanks!
SQ

just got this back...
do we need cores?
"no they do not. Normally we would accept cores but on
part numbers 331380 & 331390, Mercedes has had problems
with the stock units so in order to avoid any problems we
supply a new balancer rather than possibly taking in a bad
core."

That problem comes from the rubber dampener in the crank pulley. It is a possible problem even with the ASP pulley because the ASP pulley is just a modified MB factory pulley. Problem is the rubber Dampener in the pulley can dry rot from hot and cold cycles and may fall out causing a engine misfire code and engine shut down. Just so you know this is very rare but that is the reason they only use new MB pulleys.

Good news. I don't want to give up any stock parts. Thanks for the update.

Isn't the LET pulley an actual fluid dampener?

I thought I read something about that on one of the pulleys.

Shawn,
That is correct. Erick at LET designed his own pulley with a fluid dampener. He aslo has different sizes. ASP are 178. LET can be 178 or 181 or 185. For the group buy that you guy's are getting from Needswings you aren't going to beat that deal.
Ericks pulley sets are $1,225. With the combo price from needswings it almost like the intake is free!! compared to the LET pulley price.

Man that is really tempting, but money is tight right now for me. Let me know when the order is about to close, or if there will be a second group buy. After the holidays would be better for me. I really want to have my car running strong before Pinks All Out in March, so if by some chance I get on TV I can rep the SRT6 right.
