H/P costs thats all there is to it.
back when I was in high school all the header companies said adding headers wou;ld give you a 20% H/P gain.
It was wrong then it is wrong now.

Yeah, And even if I ran a QUAD setup it would still be a stupid statement to say "Boy, just think what your time would be with a dual intake". What maybe a couple thousanth of a second???? I built mine because I didn't want to be like every talentless owner out there that thinks they need to have the exact same NeedsWings $300 aluminum tube as the next guy. By the way I am not calling EVERY person with a needs wings talentless. So don't even go there.
You seem to be totally ontop of my posting history so maybe you'll realize I had THE FIRST DUAL INTAKE ON THE FORUM.
I am sure you are the exception in the mental pool of 25 year olds but being nothing was said to you, just back off.

Hey Montana, I'm relatively new here so there is really no need to squash my statement... So what if a Dual CAI doen't make that much of a gain in regards to HP or E.T... However there is still a gain. As small as it might be a gain is a gain. Overall I was just impressed with mrphotoman's car. He has some nice mods in it (Aesthetically and performance wise) and I was under the impression that a DUAL CAI is better than a SINGLE CAI. Hey If I'm wrong I'm sorry, But I don't want to take momentum from the topic of this thread, that being mrphotoman's pictures. If you want to start a thread comparing the SINGLE and DUAL CAI then by all means you're entitled to that. But in regards to your statements is it really necessary to belittle the comments of others?
P.S. mrphotoman I like the direction that you took your car in regard to its styling. I almost bought a black SRT6 because I enjoyed the look of your car particularly the blacked out windshield trim and carbon fiber accents here and there, but the fact that you're constantly having to clean the car is what turned me to finding a different color SRT6. I do have to admit though that my SSB SRT6 will never look as sinister as yours does!!! If I had the time and capital to spend on a vehicle I'm almost certain that I would like a car very similar to yours!!!

wow thanks man. yeah black is a full time job and i have 2 black cars lol.
my silver car almost never needs washed and still looks fine. my light blue car is pretty much the same. the dark blue bike is almost as bad as black when it comes to showing dirt/dust.

My dual is a cold air intake .... at least now it's colder than before. I broke down and wrapped the tubes with insulation. The jury is still out but I think it helps.
