today I made a full 3" single intake
I was looking at the prices for the intake and just made my own and can make one for you so if any one wants one i can make them,, right now just the single but may do the duel later see it in my galery also in the for sale section this is the prototype I will be making a change soon to only using onw coupling, also for mount instead of the two couplings jim
Looks sharp AMX - nice mandrel bends - is that chrome or polish?
Nice. The CAI's are way to expensive for what they are. That's why I dont have one. But a fool and his money are soon parted. Geuss that is how they sell them.

Nice work. I made my own a while back as well using 3" pipe and an AEM Dryflo filter. I had it powdercoated gloss black once I got it all together. I would love to have some gloss black Needswings intake manifolds to set the look off.

I went from a 13.26 to a 12.72 after my install of the nw intake. I think as you get more used to your car, you'll drop a few more tenths. Some of the best stock times are low 13.00's, one even claimed 12.9's completely stock. Even if you don't want to extend your intake through the radiator pass, I recommend removing the factory piece and taking off the grill for one pass and see how it does with all that air forced through the pass. Way to hit the track and represent the 6's.
