If you are asking about the air intake filters, they are inside the engine intake cover.

Your air filter is located at the end of your needswings intake...

BUt one problem, his isnt an SRT-6... so maybe the AMG muffler would be ok with cats out and the resonator off... but idk... like I said Im looking to add this http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...e=AMML&id=6809

It seems every damn thread on here becomes a code3 pulley advertisement.

Seriously Dan???

This thread is about exhaust upgrades. I'm sure he appreciates your input about a certain mod that you'd like to sell him, and he did say that he's starting to look into mods, but he's asking about EXHAUST SYSTEMS.

Anyway, back on topic; I've got an SRT with the resonator removed and in my opinion it sounds amazing. Took a day or so to get used to the new throatier sound, but I've had it off for six months or so and I couldn't be happier.

As for the Magnaflow Cat-back system, I have no experience and don't know of an SRT owner that has one installed. My advice to you would be to have the local muffler shop remove your resonator and run the two pipes together with a y-piece and feed that into the stock muffler. It's clean and sounds amazing vs. stock. Worst case scenario, you wasted about $100 bucks if you're not happy vs. $800 if you're not happy with the Magnaflow. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Good luck man.

Here is a sound clip of MY SRT6 with the resonator removed and the stock muffer still in place.

Many SRT6 owners have done this and are happy with the results.

Here is the link to how I did mine:
