SRT6 certified tech
My understanding is that a crossfire tech doesn't have the proper certification to work on SRT6 supercharger issues. I also heard that a general SRT certification is also not enough as it covers other SRT vehicles, but not the SRT6. I heard that the tech needs a specific SRT6 certification if you really want someone who knows what they are doing. IS that true? If so, what's the name of that specific certification? Anyone know?

Well considering the number of SRT6s (<3000) and the number of dealerships, about 3600. It does not seem to make sence for every dealer to train on the SRT6.
Unfortunate but that is the reality of limit production. You will be lucky if you can even find a Crossfire tech.
What kind of super-charger issue? They are actually quite simple components, besides a dealership would just swap it out anyway.

I know when I had to have my S/C replaced, the xfire tech wasn't the one that replaced it. Service writer had it done by a tech that had s/c experience. Fortunately for me, the dealer i went to had gearheads and tuners working in their shop that doing their first srt6 s/c replacement wasnt a big of a deal.
there is a 5 star chrysler dealership in aurora,il that has 2 AMG techs. they used to work at a mercedes dealership. and were certified to work on the amg vehicles. i spoke with them for a while before i brought my car back there to work on my supercharger pump. i didnt even have to tell them about the pump they knew immediately after i said the symptoms that the pump was the problem.

There is no such thing as a Crossfire Certified tech. There are techs who have taken the Crossfire class and those who haven't, but they do not certify them in any way.
The class consists of taking a Crossfire completely apart and putting it all back together, as well as learning diagnostics. And the class is for Chrysler tech only, not open to public. haha sorry.
