In the third picture you will find a rectangular header/surge tank mounded on the radiator shroud. It has a 16lb radiator cap on it and you can see the overflow line running above the radiator connecting to it. This tank can be purchased at a number of places. I chose this model because it provides the most volume, fits perfectly, mounts easily and connects easily to existing hoses, was moderately priced and looked really sharp.

I wish I were more confidant in my mechanical skills. If I were, I'd be following in your footsteps Brian. I assume you're putting the phenolic spacers on when you put it back together...?

Very interesting, I was thinking of doing just that. Is that DEI Cool Tape?

After cleaning all the blow-by out of the Intercooler - I decided it was time to add an Air-Oil separator to the PCV system. I was inspired by Brandon @ Code3 mod found here: https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...ad.php?t=23364

This is the Air-Oil Separator I purchased: http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...-1&showValue=1

I found a mounting spot that worked out well and will give easy access for draining while keeping the vacuum lines to a minimum.

Brian as said before, looks great the intakes are gorgious. Do you happen to know how they went about polishing them seems like an incredable amount of work to remove the texture and not the SRT6. I hope the system proves worth the work. Mind if I ask what you do for a living?
Enjoy the Ride...
Mike

I also installed the LET HE and Johnson pump as part of my mods.

I decided to relocate my Johnson so I could keep and eye on it and be able to pull that puppy out quickly if needed. I glued a rubber mat ($4.00) on the frame as shown to prevent any vibration noise. I cut a small piece from left-over rubber mat and glued it to the inside the new bracket ($1.25) and used the existing hole and bolt to mount. I pulled hard on my Johnson - and he won't budge..

I used all stock plumbling/hoses for this job - just dressed them up a bit. The Johnson sure makes the coolant in my new tank flow.

I forgot to add the I wired my Johnson to run whenever the key is on...an essential step to help achieve the goals of my mods...
