60' Times
Ok guys want your feedback. I had a guy run a 1.58 60' time against me. He fendered me the whole way down and broke out. He ran a 12.477 @ 98.91 mph on a 12.48 dial. My question is what do you think he would have ran if he would have stayed in it. Here are the rest of the details. He did have a full blown race car with slicks, line lock, but no trans brake, with mufflers per our class. 70's Vega.
330' 4.902
1/8 7.761
mph 85.24
At the 1/8th was already playing with me. My fault back reaction time, to his great reaction time.
So what was his true ET? It was 76 degrees out (1am) and the track is 1300' above sea level. The team captain for that track is telling me he was on a 12.44 pass? You think?

Thanks those are my thoughts exactly. This is a 1/4 mile track, and yep I figured at least a low 12's maybe 11's. I understand he probably has high gears and stands on it pretty good, but still it's not going to lay flat after he 330' mark.
