Soon to be new owner second question - CPO
Should have asked this in my first thread, but forgot. Is it possible for a private seller to get a "Certified Pre-Owned" designation by having a Chrsyler dealer inspect the car? He had all of his service done at the dealer and I thought I read a post that this could be done but I can't find it again. If it is possible, I know it will save me money on the price of the extended warranty. Would the inspection cost more than what I will save on the extended warranty?
Thanks again,
Tim

That's a BIG NO.
The only Chrysler dealers that can sell a certified are 5 Star dealers.
Look on line and look to see what actually designates a Certified there are about 150 items that it must check off or must apply to designate that status.
Sorry but it also doesn't really do that much on the value when it comes to SRT's.
Plus some extended warrentees are ONLY offered to the Certified car.
