Default Where do you place your jack?

So where does everyone place the jack on your car?

I gotta take the wheels off to have my new Kumhos mounted, I see the jack points behind the front wheels and infront of the rears, however I am curious where everyone places the jack on their ride, is there another common place?

(excuse me, have only had the car less than a week, steep learning curve)

On a side note, Kumho SPT 275/35/19s weigh about 31 lbs each, and stock rear wheels with bald contis weigh 49 lbs each.

I use the a-frames in front and jack as close to the rear wheels as possible. I use the jackpads for my jack
stands.

Question Re: Where do you place your jack?

If you don't have one (WHERE do all of these owners manuals GO??? ), you can download one for reference here:

http://www.chrysler.com/en/owners/manuals/index.html

Jacking instruction are included.

I was curious what "other" places people use besides the jack points on each corner.

On my other cars I would use the front motor mount and rear cross member, allowing the car to be jacked up in one spot vs each side.

Looking under the rear of the car for the first time I didnt immediatly see something avail.

The first time I jacked my rear end, I took it too high (using my 3.5 T floor jack) and BOTH rear wheels came off the ground. I don't think it twisted 1/8"!

Darned stiff chassis.
