Default Who needs MB parts?

I have posted in a few threads but I figured Id put it out there for all to see. My name is Bryan Tracy and I run the Wholesale Parts Dept. at Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles in St. Charles,IL. I will be more then happy to get parts for people at my cost plus shipping. MBUSA has a great relationship with FedEx so we get great rates on shipping. Anything in stock will ship same day if ordered before 4pm CST. Special Order parts will ship next day MOST of the time. All sales will need to be prepaid including shipping and will be final unless myself or MBUSA made a mistake. My direct extension is 630-485-2327 or toll free 1-800-882-7878 and press #1 for Mercedes and then Parts and ask for Bryan. My hours are M-F 7:30am CST till 5:00pm CST. I take lunch at 11:30am till Noon.
Hope I can help,
Bryan Tracy

I just want to help people out. I know how much of a hassle some MB dealers will give you to look up parts without a VIN#.

Sure, no problem. Just please dont call every 10 mins for parts prices on things you do not intend to buy. Our dealership does a lot of wholesale so Im on the phone about 8 hrs of my 9 hr day.

Thanks very much for the offer, it would be alot nicer to order parts and get the correct ones the first time around.

Thanks for the help. I just bought the gasket material to take care of the TSB for the covers on the valve covers. I'll be sure to send business your way.

What's the best price for stock belts from Chrysler and Mercedes? My dealer was 78 plus tax but didn't have it in stock. The MB was 88 plus tax and had it in stock.

LOL, yeah... not quite black RTV but very close. I have found that the Toyota FIPG is the best gasket maker out there. Its what Toyota seals all of their oil pans with. But Im a little bias as I was a Toyota Tech for 5 years before I went into Service and Wholesale Sales.
