Could somebody let me know exactly what I would need for this, i.e model/year of car it needs to be from what modifications need to be done and is there much of a gain.

If your talking about the air intake, all you need to do is buy the SL55 intake system. You will have to make a set of simple brackets to install it. But it is pretty easy and works wonderfully. If you search you can find the BrianBrave post on how to. I think that TVT is offering these, ready to install also.
