First of all, I'd like to thank:

Needswings (Rob)
and Peter from GetYourWheels.com (these guys really know what they're doing. The offsets and sizes are perfect as always!
I used the Auto Craft Shop at the local Army base. Full lift, just about any tool you can imagine, and assistance if necessary; all for about 5 bucks an hour. I did everything completely by my self. I looked at all the other posts, but decided to use the procedure outlined in the SRT6 ship manual except that I didn't use the spring compressor. Instead, I used two 5' screw jacks (used for jobs like this and for dropping transmissions and etc. I'll post how the install went in the appropriate forum. Yes, the springs will settle quite a bit more; I just took it off the lift when these pics were snapped. For now, here is the result:
Koni Yellow adjustable shocks, Eibach Springs, and 19 x 8.5 (front) and 20 x 10 (rear) Mandrus Milleniums with Falken F452s.
Goodies

The car rides excellent! Much better than stock even with the lower profile tires. I've got the shocks set at a 1/4 turn from full soft. There is some body role, but it is comfortable. Once you go firm though, the car handles awesome!
