So, I installed my code3 pulley yesterday, I am very pleased with it, I can definitely feel a nice increase in power.

Today I Installed the Code3 intake after letting the oil sit over night. I am still a little nervous about this I blotted the excess oil off but something about it just makes me nervous. Anybody have any advice on this. I sprayed only the side that the air is coming into with a good coat and let it sit for about 15 hours.

Anyway, after driving it this morning all I can say is wow, the super charger is so much louder now.
I could feel another increase in power. I tried to time my 0-60 and it looked like about 4.6 seconds. It also looks like I will be replacing rear tires more often now.

I have one concern, I can hear a pronounced squealing noise as the SC kicks on and off, I assume this is the clutch but it is a little loud, Is this normal? or have I done something wrong?

I am overtemping the SC even faster now, I guess I am going to have to get a johnson pump or HE, which of these would I get more bang for the buck?

Brandon told me they had some issues with bearings on this latest batch. He told me he is sending me a new pulley, but haven't got it yet. You might try contacting him. I hope I get mine by Friday or I will be quite unhappy. Again.

 

I did not hear the issue when I had just the pulley on yesterday, maybe it was there and I just could not hear it.

It is actually a used pulley I bought from another forum member who was trading his car in.

I noticed it after the intake was put on.
