June 13th:
Show and Drag Races at Dragway 42 (West Salem, OH)
$10 - to show
$65 - to race (show included)

June 14th:
Dyno day at Backstreet Performance (Medina, OH)
$45 - dyno - limited slots available

we will be there friday night and racing saurday but will need to head back toward home after racing saturday for another engagement, see you guys there, looks like its going to be an attack of black srt6 coupes

there are only 50 racers at this event!

 

it was a blast hanging out with everyone yesterday and meeting the new faces. liz took a ton of pics/videos that we will still need to upload.

ill let everyone post up their own times as everyone else improved on their previous best et's.

we were a little too quick for the street class so i went into the "open" class and was quickly squished, lol. i would have needed 4-5 rounds of 9 and 10 second neon's to redlight against me, lol. ended up getting smoked by a low 11 sec srt4 that missed second gear and still pulled past me like a freight train on the top end.

the other 2 black srt6 coupes went into the "street" class and DOMINATED! they fought each other in the finals and we have our very own 09 SRT NATIONALS"s Street Class Winner and Runner-up on the board here!!! i'll let them post up the details on that but HUGE congrats to both of them!

we made a total of 10 passes, the track prep was good, i was unable to spin the slicks off the line. little warm and humid (finally got rained out) but im not too dissapointed with our times considering.

the car was getting quicker as the 100 octane chip was calibrating in but the rain out stopped us early

 

Hey Rob, thanks for the mechanical support at the track!

Tamadx: I'm still freaked out by how close our final run was! Litterally a 0.05 second difference folks! So Tamadx deserves just as much credit as me for dominating the Street Class.

Also: this PROVES that Black SRT-6s are the F A S T E S T!

 

Congrats to all. It's nice to see Crossfires on the top of something that's not a "worst of" or "ugliest" list.
