c3 pulley bought by me

 

lets add this **** to the list! he agrees to sell me the c3 pulley. emails me and tells me the pulley is off will mail it asap. then no contact for over a week. finally he emails me and says the the pulley and car are sold to someone else.

why cant people who enter into agreements stick to them? this is the 2nd c3 pulley that fell through.
its getting very frustrating and trust is out the window.

thanx. he already emailed me about the c3. i have had 2 deals for 400$ for the c3 and he doesnt want to go that low. if he changes his mind have him email me. im looking at the 181 for sale but not sure i want a crank pulley at this time
