New best after Eurocharged tune.
There's the dyno sheet before and after, dont mean much till you see the time slip to match it. Keep in mind the air was absolute crap last night and i still ran a 12.0 at 114.

Tony did my tune and did a great job and was willing to listen to my input on details of the tune. I was a little dissapointed they didn't have the Star system in the shop that day as i really wanted the -10 fan mod, if only it wasn't a 4 hour drive to get back to the shop.
Now i just need to buy some widebands and a datalogger to get her fine tuned. Mods were my own custom dual 3inch intake, 178 pulley, ported polished throttlebody plate, and Eurocharged Tony tune

Glad to hear Eurocharged got you what you wanted...
Though Jerry told me today it was 330hp... so I will have to give me crap about that.
Nice track time by the way ... time to bust into the 11s...

Thats some great numbers, expecially on our dyno which is known to be brutal!!!!!!
Sorry we didn't have the star there....that baby gets pricey to keep more than 1 around.
Glad you like it, now go break 11's already....

Team Mayhem will be at the track, Tuesday 8/11, with coolers of ice, a set of slightly smaller rear tires and hopefully, some better air.
11's will happen. If we have to set Bryans hair on fire.

Haha thats what you get for living in AZ! 1500-2100 is the norm until sept-oct when it can dip as low as 500.
Got a few great pictures that night as well
Bret Keptner took this one

and Shark067 got this one a little further down the track

Very impressive, especially in the heat! Can't wait for some cooler temps down here, it's been brutally hot & humid the past 2 months. Congrats and keep up the good work!
Nice work Mayhem!
I can't remember, are Dyno Dynamics numbers expected to be high or low? I can't keep the different brands of dynos straight.
Either way, you're killing my times. 12.0! Sweet!

Hey Mayhem,
Would you call a 12.099 a 12.0 also?
I bet if that was the slip a your competition you'd call that 12.08 a 12.1 wouldn't you?
The problem with sports that time to 1/1000ths is you need to include the 1000ths.

Montana, in drag racing, it is typical to emphasize the time range that you've broken into when shortening your time. This isn't mathematics where numbers are rounded up or down. For example: a ten second car is one that has an ET of 10.99999 or better. Sure, it matters if it is 10.0000 or 10.9999 - there's a big difference in performance - but the point is that even at 10.9999 they broke into the tens. Same goes for the following digits. So calling a 12.09 a 12.0 is quite typical and expected.

Thank you for stating the obvious.
BUT isn't odd how the statement of 12.0 car makes it sound faster than it really is? It's just, I bet the fastest guy around needn't round his time off, he probly states it just as it is
Just think when or if he ever runs an actual 12.0 sec. he'll then guarenteed post all 3 numbers!

lways a PITA Montana?
Considering he literaly drove in off the street and fired a 12.440 and then a 12.081. I'd say he was running low 12's. who but you would disagree.
This coming tuesday, he will be in the High 11.0's. He will be an 11 second car even at 11.9999999999999999999999999. I hope that is specific enough for now. We'll be sure to keep you informed.
