I was wondering if anyone had done anything to make there SRT's snappier when they shift? I hate how soft it is. The Mech at my dealership suggested swapping out the trani module with one from the Charger. Has anyone tried this?

 

I think I would find a new mechanic lol.

 

I'm on my phone right now so I can't post a link, but look up the thread "tranny mod for the masses". They have a link to a MBworld thread on this subject and possible solution.

 

My mech told me about upgrading to the different solenoids but said it was expensive. He told me about a forum where they have done this but I did not write it down I will see him friday and let everyone know what I find out.

 

I wouldn't put the blue tops in. Shifts wayyy to hard.

I got that impression from reading the tranny mod post and pretty expensive too if you have to pay to have them installed.
