I love your story and I can't wait to experience Cars and Coffee. However, at the track, the only time I won't surrender to a GT3 is if the driver is really bad. Otherwise, they are indeed faster in the long run providing there is a good driver in the seat.

Well, Keep in mind that BLKFIN's car is modded and running in the 11's with his injection kit, and even without it he can still law down a very low 12 even with a fair amount of DA... Not sure what the top speed is on the GT3, but I dont think Scott be racing him at over 180+ mph so no worries about it taking the lead... (That's about what Scott's beast of a car can do with his HP and gear ratio etc.)

Only Tom runs slower hahaha...everyone else goes quicker, but then again Tom got his slowness problem figured out...I think.

You've got the handling and braking mods all down pat, so why not make a little more power? You don't have to get silly, but why wouldn't you want about 60 more whp? Then it'll be you those GT3s will be surrendering to!

 

Tom: How tempting. I'm on extended warranty which I don't want to have voided. For road racing, I just need to get better. I have enough power. The GT3s really are faster cars when driven well; drag racing is a bit different than road racing which is where the GT3s have one up on us. Sorry guys, but it is the truth.

That being said, I would like to learn more about your mods; risks of doing the mods (like going slower.) I don't know how to fix stuff like you do, so I think that is one of the issues holding me back. I'll be ready for my tune lessons at the Tail.

It looks like EuroCharged may be bringing a dyno the the Dragon this fall to do custom tunes.
If you don't have one, at least get a CAI. The NeedsWings gives noticeable gains and getting to hear the SC is great.
