Why did you have to rebuild the transmission?

Ive seen this car in person. Very well kept. Cool guy too. Id say keep it but if someone buys it they will be getting a heck of a ride.

I don't know, AMX......I've "watched" you online now for the past few years & the car you've built is darn near unique. You've got something there that probably no one else owns. Since we know that our SRT coupes probably number less than 2000 by now you also know that this vehicle stock is pretty rare.

Hold onto it: you've spent time & effort (not to mention dollars!) building something special. If you need another "project" car then go out & grab something different: get a Smart car & see what you can do , besides taking a hammer to it!

IMHO...........

AMX,

You have done an admirable job and posess a unique vehicle. Unless you are the type who has to "resurect" something, a little paint is better than starting over.

This is the first time in too many years that I have kept a car for almost 4 years. It was always "two and new"! But there is something about these beautiful, misunderstood little orphans that keeps me with it. I get the itch but now I just "scratch it". I have constantly changed little things (most recently the interior) and it feels always fresh. For those purists who want to keep their babies stock, I say "go for it", but I guess I am a little bit of an artist at heart and my Crossfire is MY unfinished canvas.

don't you be abandoning the dark side now...but the gray one would be a hell of a buy...I wish I could buy it as well, but not right now...you stay put, you hear...

For some, it's all about the doing. When the project is done, gotta do another one! After all that work, I'd hang on to it, but I understand the feeling. I don't necessarily agree, but I understand
