Well, it's been a little while since I started a thread, but I've been busy.

Similar posts have floated around before, but it's been a while. So, let's see those custom SRT-6s! Please, only post your car, not one you've seen somewhere. Anything other than stock is fine such as paint, wheels, engine mods, suspension, etc.

Thanks for taking such nice pictures of my SRT.............. Opps, that's not mine. I don't have the chrome surround windshield moldings.

 

Hmmm.... I also don't think you have the Karmann badges, slasher stripes, or AMG center caps with black lug bolts. And, I do seem to be missing Lambo doors. Dang..... I wish I had your doors.

 

The Lambo doors are on my daughter's SRT. LOL And she has all the red accents including the rims. (not pictured). You are right about the slasher stripes ect. But do you have a 7 " touch screen DVD/GPS stero built in and of course I have the LET tune and 181 pulley. LMAO

Funny.....how we keep putting money in these spirited little cars. Sure hope I am around in another 25 years to see if they become the collector cars of yesteryear, ie challengers, GTO'S, Cuda's ect. They have all the makings of a potential collector. Time will tell. Unfortunately, mine will have 500,000 miles on it.

 

I wonder how many people have SRT SIX or something like it as their plates....

 

 

As a matter of fact, I do have an Alpine 7" touch screen DVD/GPS stero built in [with IPod adapter too]. Unfortunately, it is built in to my 05 Odyssey. haha I have the C3 instead of the 181, and hopefully if the group buy goes through, I will be getting the LET tune next month via Tony.

As far as the money goes.... I am 49 with a 3 y.o. and a 4 month old. I have resigned myself to the fact that retirement is not an option for me, so I might as well spend what little I have to get some enjoyment out of life.

 

Nice ride HCarter.... I always thought it would have been cool if they had of put a midnight blue ragtop on the blue verts instead of black. I like the center caps

 

Thanks bmorgan , That's enteresting you would say that about changing the top color . If I ever have to replace the top I will probably replace it with a dark blue . I think the combo would look great, and your Roadster looks great as usual and I especially like the wheel accessories you made a great looking wheel look BETTER !

 

 

Hey SilverSaphRT6, I really like the yellow calipers. The yellow slasher stripes may be just a bit too much for me though. Great looking car, and I like the Stang also.

Do you know you can cover up that Chrysler logo on the front end cover?

Take one of your custom logos and apply a little Gorilla Glue on the back and
it will stick on right over it. I tried this as an experiment not thinking it would last,
but as my car is a daily driver on the highways I keep the front
bra on it most of the time - and the custom logo has lasted over two years
now, through rain, snow, car washes, etc. I just make sure I cover it with
Meguiar's Hyperdressing when I apply it to the bra so it won't get dried out
and start cracking.

Thanks, but I always wished I had an SSB. If I had room in my garage, I would pick up an SSB and put your wheels on it!!
