Default High MAP code

Well I was on my way home from the track last night and hit a section of open road so I decided to jump on the throttle a little and ran up to just above 100mph and then backed off. All of a sudden my check engine light comes on. I listen close and just feel the car to see if anything is abnormal but it seems to be purring smoothly. So I punch up the diagnostics on my dashdaq and it tells me that I have a Manifold Absolute pressure to high warning. I cleared the code and finished the ride home which was about 10 miles uneventfully. Just curious if anyone else has had this happen. I do have the 181 pulley. Thanks in advance for the help.

A few people have seen this....high RPM, cooler weather...TOO MUCH BOOST. Time for a MAP clamp.

Well then I will take this as confirmation that the pulley is giving me the increase I wanted. COOL

Whats the max for the MAP sensor? Map clamps are bad... just remember how much this mtor costs to replace... a map sensor able to read more boost is the safest way let the ecu do its thing.
