NO CROSSFIRE IN THE 2010 line-up
I guess, it's time to think about keeping at least one stock SRT 6 for future keeps sake. Curious to know your thoughts on what the Crossfire will mean 20-30 years from now. Which model SRT6 will be best to keep if you only had 1 to keep. Couple or Convertible and what color in each type.
It'll be interesting to see what the Italians will come up with next?!

No Crossfires in the 2008, 2009 line-ups either.
2005 SRT-6
Roadsters - 928
Coupes - 2016
Colors - SSB, Aero Blue, Graphite Metallic, Black
It is anybody's guess if any of them will ever appreciate, but if they do, I would think that the roadsters would appreciate more as fewer were produced. As far as color, black was produced the most, so would be the most common. But, out of 928, I do not think color would play a significant factor.
And yes..... there were a handful of 2006 SRTs

You can also count on the fact that there are probably less than 2000 Coupes & 900 Roadster's left around today. Crashes take their toll!
Ping me in 20 years. I expect to still have my two graphite 2005s then. Now....if only the stock market would go up a little more and I could find a good deal on an SRT6 roadster...2005 and graphite, of course.
I give it to ya...Goldwing, you are an optimus...but, like the market of late, it always a risk, but in the case of these little cars, it's a fun risk....

But going by past B.J. auctions, (if that's an accurate barometer of future collector results) I'd predict an ultra low mileage "black" SRT6 Roadster would probably be the best bet for future speculators.

Most "classic" cars come from a certain time and place and are purchased by men who want to go back in time and re-live some nestalgia for one reason or another.
Sorry to say that I doubt the Crossfire will ever fit that agenda or market segment...
But I'll still enjoy mine and will hang on to it because it's worth more to me has a car then the hard cash it would bring.
