Upgrades to supercharger outlet?

Upgrades to supercharger outlet?
Are there any upgrades to the supercharger outlet that will give increased airflow? Maybe like from another model engine series? Porting/polishing will yield some improvement but was wondering about maybe a larger one from a V8....

getting rid of those little square feeders from the Y pipe into the plenums will make a big difference....
(okay, they are not square. More like rectangles where they flatten out going into the plenums)

32, here is the mod that 240M3SRT6 was doing. I have seen a couple of other versions of the same mod. I like it and it definitely get the air flowing freely.....
