I want to hear all about the Inmotion tune once you have it. Plenty of people have the Eurocharged so I know what they think.

Thanks Hcarter appreciate your help.

No problems Les, to be honest with you I was going to use Eurocharged but they never seemed to reply to me so I saw alot of people are using the INMotion tune, they also offer a "full custom" tune to incorporate pulleys, cai etc so it will be interesting to see what it does.

I'll be sure to post results.

it cant be a full "custom" tune unless they strap your car to a dyno and tune for your car.

You can put 2 srt6's side by side with the same mods and same tune, both will run differently and make different numbers.
Also, having a shop that has done a tune at 5000 above sea level, then flashing your ecu and sending it back, where you live at 1000ft above sea level is going to make things way off.

See where im headed?

I too am interested in the INMotion tune. It would be nice, if i could hurry up and get the money together, to do couple of runs with some of the Eurocharged tuned guys. I know we will be getting together a few times this season, it would be nice to be ready to compete.

Congrats on the tune, K

P.S. we all know the car adapts, but to what extent and how long does it take to fully adapt.

depending on what tables were modified and where, the ecu does not adjust wot tables, it runs off of whatever is in the map.

Incorrect statement. Allowing for FULL ECU ADAPTATION then Custom tuning via OBD Data Log and or High End Gauge Datalog is actually FAR MORE ACCURATE than Dyno Tuning

well, you cant really datalog a 4th gear pull on public streets.
If you're going back, datalogging the car and then re-tuning from there its the right way to do it, I see alot of people reflashing an ecu with a generic tune and leaving it at that

what is wrong with leaving it at that? Not everyone wants to push there cars to the extreme, grabbing every bit of power they can. Generic tunes have their place, as do custom tunes. Alias, i am not the one who should be arguing this fact, apology for digression.

Thanks guys,

Infinite by custom tune it means they allow for pulleys, since most of the SRT population has some sort of pulley I'm sure they have adapted a generic tune for cars with aftermarket pulleys, there basic tune would be desgined for a stock car I'm assuming.

I sent it off 20 minutes ago, boy is it going to be a long week just looking at my car lol

I'm real interested in how the shipping turns out too. You're in Australia, right? I'm in Puerto Rico. Nothing like an ocean in the middle to make the nerves hyperactive.

Sure am, tell me about it Les, I'm extremely paranoid! I paid alot of money to send it with the safest and fastest service we have in Australia its estimated to arrive in the States withtin 2-4 days!

And Infinite I dont know if the alltitude would have much impact, they do ECU tuning all across America and the world for that matter, I've never heard a bad review. Guess I'll just have to wait and see.

I will say this, if your going to take advice take it from those that post up their results and have data to back it up with and ignore those that do not post their results and have no data to back it up with and you will save $ and time and headaches.

I have the inmotion custom tune. It seems to work just fine for me. You will be fine, he will adjust your tune for what ever you need.

I do have a custom dyno tune but I datalog the hell out of my car and have access to a dyno that my friend owns so it is very convenient for me.

i had most all my datalogging info posted on here at one time but I took most of it down, some is still on my photo thread though.

with the mods you have you will want your a/f ratio in the high 11's to be safe. always be sure to run 94+ octane to be safe. if you can get klotz octane booster or run some 100+ octane gas when at the track I would advise you do that to be safe and to run a little faster mph.

Thanks man I didnt want to be the first but I couldnt wait anymore, Ill let you know how it goes when I plug it back in.

Your right Tim, thats why I always trust your information and ideas because I know you spend alot of time backing your modifications up with datalogging and testing. I hope it works out for me!!

I'm glad your checking in every now and then mrphotoman. When I see 11's with evidence I pay attention. Inmotion doesn't self promote and I believe many don't know who they are and what they do. I'm not in a hurry for a tune but I'm taking notes. (I've got to find some 100 octane somewhere)
