Default Having A Surge After 60 Mph

I notice that I will get a surge after 60 mph. What is going on?. Taken it to Dealer, but they don't have no idea. Has anyone else had this problem?

You may have a touch of Toyotoitis coming on, may need to gargle some throttle body cleaner.

How much of a surge in speed??
