What the hell is happening in this thread? Your previous car HAD to have been a Honda...lol.

All joking aside, looks very functional, but I could not get over opening the hood and seeing that monster.

that intake is pretty sweet. its not pretty but it gets the job done.

Hey, live and learn. Sorry I tried something different, at least I can admit it wasn't as good as what was common. Even though it was fully insulated my intake temps would stay around 126F. This one feels a lot stronger but I haven't checked temps yet.

I wasnt trying to be negative about your trials to improve the intake air...... just that it came back to a popular, known to work, design....

Dont let comments from folks stop you from trying something new.... that is how we find out what will or wont work...... I think I mentioned that I saw a similar setup to yours at the track on a Pontiac GP...it was getting the air fed from a removed drivers head light area.... very will done and it worked for him....
