I have recently retired and my Crossfire simply does not fit in my retirement plans, so I am offering it for sale.

It is a 2005 Black SRT Coupe with 4,500 miles. It has been meticulously cared for since I bought it in July of 2007. This was a Chrysler auction car which I purchased new from a dealer in Tarpon Springs Florida and had shipped to Virginia. My comments below are from that date as I have no record of its history before then.

HERE'S THE GOOD STUFF:
This car is the Queen of garage queens.
Always garaged, never spent a night outside.
Never, ever driven in rain, snow, extreme heat or cold or on wet pavement.
Seldom driven at night.
Serviced by certified SRT technicians at Chrysler dealerships.
Never modified in any way, this car is totally stock.
Never raced or overdriven.
Detailed every 6 months.
Very low miles but driven enough to keep everything working correctly.
No dents, dings, scratches or damage.
The car looks and drives like new.
This one has the Michelin tire option.
Does not have the Navigation radio.
I have all of the paperwork that came with the car with the exception of the window sticker which I have not been able to get from Chrysler. I do have the build sheet though.

HERE'S THE BAD STUFF:
Does not have the Navigation radio
The little overflow cap on the battery fell out and I can not find it.
There is some very light hazing on the headlights.

HERE'S THE UGLY STUFF:
In Virginia you must have a front license plate and the bumper has to be drilled for it, so there are holes in the bumper to mount the plate on the front.

HERE'S THE DEAL:
I have priced the car fairly and will NOT negotiate the price. THE PRICE IS FIRM.
However, included in the price is a Chrysler MaxCare Warranty that extends to 50,000 miles or FEBRUARY 1st 2014 whichever comes first. This is a $0 deductible warranty, so you pay nothing for repairs. You only pay for maintenance and normal wear items.
Also included is a new set (still in the box) of SRT-6 luggage.

PRICE:
$19,500 INCLUDING THE WARRANTY AND LUGGAGE.
The price is well in line with Kelly Blue Book private sale prices. I am not interested in trade-ins, financing, etc. nor am I interested in selling without the luggage or warranty. For those that are interested here is how I decided to price the car:

Kelly Blue Book for my Zip Code shows:
Trade in- $16,650
Private Sale- $19,055
Retail- $21,795

My local Chrysler dealer offered to buy the car for $16,000 not including the warranty or the luggage.

I have the car offered for $19,500 non-negotiable price, because I do not like haggling.

Since the Maxcare warranty costs $1300+ and the luggage will go for about $400 on e-bay, that means that my car is offered at about $17,800. This is midway between trade in and private sale.

Seldom seen opportunity to buy an exceptional car that has been immaculately cared for. It is located about 50 miles South of Washington, DC in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This is a $47,000 car that looks new. You will definitely get a lot of attention driving this car, and it is a blast to drive.

don't let the exhausts rust off of them....I tried to store a '92 Camaro for awhile...and would just drive around town now them....the cats, and the exhaust rusted to the point of replacement...

Mine has been raced over and over again and with that exception and $4500 plus of mods, I have the luggage and same warranty. Please don't take a penny under $19,500. That is a number I would have to see to even consider selling my car. Good luck with your sale, hopefully there is someone wise to jump on your great deal.

 

beautiful car...I hope you get it, it makes my 15,500 car worth a lot more money...but it isn't for sale....I have three sons, so I need one more so I can leave them some toys when I die....lol
