For those wanting to do a swap. These look to be complete engines....a rarity. No affiliation to the seller.

Smelling a bit fishy here. The pictures indicate it is a real AMG engine. The warranty info is a little shakey as well. Only 12 feedback comments.

Can't tell if this is a new engine, used or rebuilt.

Somehow I think the "retail" on this engine is a lot more than $14,166 as well. My replacement supercharger (under warranty) was over $6K all by itself.

 

I thought, at one point, the kompressor motor fetched $36K.

A decade ago, at least.

 

its a slk32 engine, looks good to me, especially if someone is close enough for pickup.

 

It's amazing how these have gone up in the last 2 years.
Two years ago the going price on e-bay was 3200 bucks.
Found one with ECU for $3800. Should have worked on grabbing one.
Like so many things in life there was always time...
Sent them an e-mail regarding the engine and the shipping charges.
We'll see.
