Default The truth about Eurocharged is...

...these guys are great!

I'd spoken with Clint earlier today and scheduled a tune for Wednesday at noon, since they were currently in Dallas working their magic.

Anyway, tonight after installing the LogMeIn software I needed for their internet tune, I sent Clint my login information and told him that if he wanted he could proceed with tuning me tonight.

Here's his reply:
"We are driving back from dallas right now but have a 4g wireless card. We can certainly try to do it now"

That is just crazy! What company does this? My company certainly doesn't. Anyway, less than 45 minutes later the XF is tunned and running like a raped ape. Clint actually performed the tune while driving down the expressway.

Anyway, I just want to let anyone on the fence know that I hold these guys (Clint and Jerry) in high regards, and I'm very happy with the tune and professionalism.

Here's a quick video of the XF acting crazy during the tune. This is normal.

Just as an FYI for others getting a tune, you can unplug your fan so that it does spin at maximum RPMs while they are tuning....just remember to plug it back in.

Like I said before, these guys at Eurocharged are very aggressive about making customers happy.

I'm really liking it Steve. The part-throttle power and responsiveness is very impressive. It has become abundantly clear that traction will be nonexistent at the track. I really should jump on the LSD.

By the way, it was great meeting you Sunday.

i enjoyed the conversation also. ran into a black srt-6 at walgreens on monday! he lives right down the road. probably see him at the cars and coffee.
as the summer approaches you will find the power dropping off as the heat builds. start saving for a supercooler or at least a e55 h/e. you can drop by and hold the new wavetrac i ordered when it arrives!

I've got a larger heat extractor in the basement right now that I plan on installing this weekend. It's not a supercooler, but I'm hopeful it will suffice.

If these guys only knew the goodies you've got in that garage they'd all be making you offers daily.

ah yes the secret stash! if you want to install it at the shop just holler. no plans for the weekend as far as flying to look at a car. i may drive to indy on sun to look at the green 32 but not sure yet

m/b coolant and distilled water . if your system is separated you can run a 70/30 mix if not then 50/50

Thanks for the offer, but I don't want to wear out my welcome. I'm sure I'll be in desperate need of your expertise and Nascar shop in the future. If you don't buy a 32 pretty soon, that Wavetrac will need to go somewhere.

Thanks for the advice on the coolant.

Finally got the blue coupe tuned this evening....Jerry has definitely found me more power thru 3rd gear...it was getting late, but I could tell right away she was breathing better all the way thru 3 gear...
Can't wait until they come to town, to update the roadster, and put them both on the dyno....thanks Clint for getting me started, and Jerry for finishing the job...good work...

No complaints here. Those guys rock, and my track times with very few mods with their tune is just amazing. My permagrin is stuck on my face for a very, very long time.

The tune and power is incredible, but my XF just spins.

I have two tunes from Eurocharged on both my XF's. Absolutely no complaints! I had the remote tune done about six weeks ago on the coupe and I constantly get the TC light flashing on my dashboard on 1 and 2 gear (even at my high altitude of 6000'!). I cannot wait to test out the coupe in Texas next month.

My roadster's tune is a few years old now, and I can tell you for sure, they are making more HP than back then. I can't wait to get the roadster retuned. The coupe pulled hard all the way thru 3rd...that isn't true with the roadster, she starts to fall off just before the 1/4 mile...and yes, I am still grinnin' and I haven't any times yet...

roll that throttle thru first then get on the power thru second. this will help with the spin but honestly street tires are useless with the new power
