Of the 7 total items(4 of them were brake items) I only received 4 ie; missing 3 parts. No response to my email from Rob as of this thread. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?

Again I have no intention of flaming (at this point) just asking if this is normal practice. Thanks
Not to worry, Rob is a stand-up guy, honest and a great deal of integrity. I'm sure he will address your issues.

Not normal from what I've seen and heard of on the forum.
If there was a problem they were quick to correct it.
One of the few companies that make stuff for our cars and have a solid following here on the forum.

Contact them and I'm sure they will make up for it.

I would not worry, Rob can be very busy at times, But I'm sure he will take care of whatever the problem may be. He has an excellent reputation here on the forum, so hang in there.

I can say without any doubt that Rob is probably one of the most professional people in the business and you have no worries here.
I have met him on several occasions and have purchased a few items in the past and have been completely satisfied.
I'm sure whatever issues you have experienced will be resolved in a short peroid of time.
As already posted he has an excellent reputation here on the forum, so hang in there.

I honestly have never heard of a problem with NW...

I recently bought several items and he even shipped them exactly as I requested, for military postal delivery. My experience was def flawless.

Just ordered my dual cai and catch can about 3 weeks ago, and not one problem. Rob is a great guy, just give him a call, he is always more than willing to help!

Shoot he even help me diagnose a totally different problem over the phone after I installed the cai! Give him a call, I'm sure he will make things right

Be patient with him this weekend, as he's on a trip with his family. You won't see me answering work emails this weekend.

Thanks everyone for the reassurance. Rob sent me an email a few minutes ago. Unfortunately he doesn't know where my parts are. Guess I'm just used to dealing with Summit and Jegs where shipping occurs the same day.

Well, Rob isn't a JEGS, or SUMMIT....as for those companies, they will put their nose in the air when it comes to parts for our cars. We are lucky to still have Rob making parts for these cars, as he could easily move on to something else. Anything you do custom for the crossfire isn't going to happen fast. The dual cai, comes as a kit...usually boxed into one pkg...and he is usually meticulous about this...hopefully you get it resolved...but, highly unusual for a Needswings product....

I have every confidence in him from reading on the forum about him and his company. I ordered plugs and wires yesterday.

Hello, thank you guys!

viperrt - yes, i shot you an email yesterday about the fluid/lines, i expected them to be delivered to you by friday but apparently that didn't happen, i will be looking into it on tuesday when the distributor that drop shipped those is open. my guess right now is that it will be delivered to you tuesday but i need to confirm first before i can promise that as there is a delay of some kind right now. i just need to get an answer before i can say for sure. we are also waiting on the ifr6d10 plugs to arrive here from ngk. i sent an email earlier about that delay (once we received the order), if you didn;t receive that email let me know and maybe i was getting snagged in a junk mail filter. so i'll be shooting you a message on tuesday once i have news.

have a great weekend everyone!

Rob, apparently more than one poster did not see my second post where I advised that you had contacted me via email. That's why I rarely post on these sites as they often take a life of their own.

Good news it turned into a free advertisement for Needs Wings!

Thanks
