Get a OBD-II code scanner and scan it for more codes. They may pop up and give you more hints to no-start condition. Code scanner is always a handy tool. Start there and work outwards. But, if your fuel pump went out, the new one might be flaky as well.... lack of fuel shut off. If someone has an Aeroforce scan gauge to hook up to the OBD-II port, you can see your fuel pressure and trims. Watch the numbers to see if they drop off after startup.

Do a search for the "NO START" issue.
