I haven't, but someone on my other forum ran a 12.0 in the 1/4 on street tires with no mods in one.

That is real good. I guess this is a hard nut to crack at a red light I guess.

If I were you I wouldn't attempt it, and they look nothing like a Crossfire.

What are the odds that you would ever pull up next to a CTS-V there in Sweden FUBU?

Probably very low. There are some companies importing cars though but they usually go for the mustangs sally and challangers and such. I somewhat like the Hennessey CTS V though.. How come Hennesey is not tuning our SRT6 engine?

I think because we have "quite small" V6 engine you could spaw your ride with srt-8 TT engine

Don’t like CTS-V coupe ... Ours is much better.

I'm waiting for a CTS-v coupe to show up next to me at a stoplight....in either my SRT6 or my C63. Not many CTSv's of any kind around here, tho.

I don't think a Crossfire would be a match for a CTS-V. The Crossfire is a wonderful car but it's hard to offset an additional 200+ HP and 200+ torque. Modified Crossfire's would fare better but it still would be tough to beat. Now a road course maybe a little better but a drag I don't think so. Hey M3Pig it was good to meet you at the Mopar show.

Nice meeting you, also. My XF wiped the pavement with the old CTSv w/425 hp. The new one does 0/60 in 4.1, so I'd try it in the XF. CTSv outweighs us by a half ton or more.

The CTS-v is not that much faster than our SRT off the line and looks like a Chevy Cobalt on steriods. At more than 1,000 lbs eavier it really needs that extra torque and HP just to keep up. And at $70K it's looks should make my mouth water.

The Xfire looks cooler and handles better. I'm staying happy on the dark side here.

I raced one last week. Just like our car theres plenty of torque on tap. I could only imagine the drivers 60 ft considering it was running a few tenths slower than the srt-6. Its trap was about the same or a few mph higher. DR's are slicks are a must on that car. I was in love until the new 2013 gt500 specs came out. Oh man now thats a real supercharged V8. 10's from te factory on slicks anyone?

Fast or not, I simply don't care for the looks.

CTS-V Sedan? Winner.

CTS-V Wagon? Winner winner.

CTS-V coupe just looks... bloated?

For $70K, I'll get a used Porsche 911 Turbo and have a proper 'coupe'.

CTS-Vs are 70+k. I don't really like the looks either, they are just so big and heavy. But you have to give it some props for being as fast as it is. The Nurburgring run most of been a nightmare, I can't imagine trying to push that much weight around. I like light weight affordable for me under 50K 2 seat rear wheel drive sports cars. That's why I own a 2007 Xifre SRT6 and a 1993 Mazda RX7 TT. Nothing like piloting a sub 300 lb car(RX7)! For the money of the CTS-V coupe I would rather buy a 1996 Porsche Turbo, the last of the air cooled cars they are amazing. Just my 2 cents.

I'll be curious to see how much interest these cars generate once they hit the lots as used vehicles. Assuming Cadiillac's depreciation, I'd imagine that we'll see these for around $45k with 40,000 miles on them in the near future. Thoughts?

My wife has an SRX so I'm always at the dealer getting it fixed. They have a frost white V-coupe that I always sit in. The back of the car actually has a lot of room in it--perfect for our kids.

I have my eyes on an CLS 550 now though. I like my SRT6 Roadster. So, no V-coupe, really no matter what the price is.
