SRT6 Serial Numbers ~ PDF format file...continued
Dennis, thanks so much for compliment. I enjoy my cars! And I LOVE the tidbit about the Sept 04 production! It was killing me not to know his birthday! Thats better than not knowing
My Chally has her own custom dog tags with all of her info engraved. Name, VIN, birthday, purchase day, specs, and owner
the more info I can gather the closer I get to his own tags!
SRT6GRL
Open the driver's door on the SRT6 and look for this sticker (looks like the one attached below). This info sticker contains a lot of info for your car, such as where it was manufactured, VIN#, Month and year (09-04) and the MDH, which gives you the exact Month, Date and Hour it began the manufacturing process.
This is a sample of the wealth of info we have on this forum for your car, just by using the "search" button at the top of the main page.
Hope this helps.....

Believe it or not, some owners have swapped interiors, from Limited to SRT's and customized interiors with seats for sale, need additional confirmation the car was a total.

First post, but I've been lurking for a while. My SRT is my DD, but I've babied her since I bought her (2nd owner). I also own a WS6 TransAm that I've had since '03 (2nd owner) which is my designated showcar/playtoy/dragcar that I will never part with and will probably be buried in lol! I love my SRT and am not planning on selling her either.
2005 SRT-6 Coupe Aero Blue
#048522
Purchased '07
Currently 43,000 miles
No accidents
Only aftermarket part is my Clarion M502, still have the original stereo wrapped up and put away.
I replaced 2 rims and both headlamp units with new OEM factory parts for cosmetic reasons.
Currently in Chicago but moving next year to the west coast.

Thanks for the info, your name will be added to the database, since the VIN# has existed in the database from a previous search of sales websites. I'm sure you've enjoyed the SRT6, since you purchased it. Since you were lurking since 2009, your aware of the extensive information within the forum.

Dennis. FWIW, I almost bought VIN# 36963 from Mercedes Benz of Delray Beach FL back in January 2010. Sold shortly after I walked away.
It was a SSB Coupe.
It was a SSB Coupe.
Well, looks like that new owner never joined the forum, since the forum name is blank in the database.
I just wonder how many of the 2005/2006 owners still own their SRT6's at this time. Quite a few have stopped responding on the forum.

I just checked my serial number on the list and it is blank. I thought I had reported that I bought it. It is
5X042748. I thought when I bought it it was SSB but the list shows it as AB. Shows how much I know..

Your forum name has been added to the database line. The other matter of the color, I retrieved the color from an internet ad from the past. So let's get some clarification on the color of your SRT6. Is the color silver blue or a medium blue. The Silver blue would be SSB and the medium blue is Aero Blue. If it is SSB, I'll change the database to reflect the correct color.
I need your input.....

I'll have to get the code off the car and get back to you.

In reference to the color of my car I can't find the right frame rail tag or any tag with a color code. I don't think I have ever seen either blue in person to be able to compare. It does seem too blue to me to be SSB so I think it must be aero blue, The attached photo of the tag on the door says blue. Does that mean aero blue?

Just looking through the updated list you have mine(5X054082) incorrectly listed as FOR SALE. If you could fix that at your next update I would appreciate it, I am not looking to sell the car.

Click on the link below and it lists all of the color Crossfires, by owner's pictures added to this site. Look at the Aero Blue thread and the Sapphire Silver Blue thread as well, it should be a tool you can use to determine whether your SRT6 is AB or SSB.....
