Has anyone stacked the 65mm with a 185mm?
If so what were the results?

 

Havent done it but you're heading for >23psi and Hi IAT's and injector/pump issues. Shortened engine life...etc....ie: limits unless....
.... you drive in the arctic or can pull and additional 20kW ( 70,000Btus) heat out (stock cooler does 10-15kW) or..... don't rev over 3000rpm....;>)

Looked at it myself.....
my calcs suggest 27psi at 6000rpm with 65/185 - I think SC eff drops off and others were getting 22psi
I think I came to the conclusion - get over it and if I cant - Buy and SL55 and pulley that for 550hp.

Steve (32_Krazy) and I think (Grip_Grip)...have done it ...Steve (now porsche) still drops by every now and then.

any dyno results with the 61mm pulley and tune?

 

Is a setup for [ EC SC 61mm + DCAI (X3M) + PSK + Waldig supercooler ] okay without any other upgrades? Do we have a tune for this setup?

I can gladly say that I just purchased a 61mm EC SC pulley. The 2013 season is going to be freaking awesome! Are we getting a chance like this again? Doubtful,. Go for it now! Scheduling a re-tune aswell

Other then size, what is different between the 61mm and 65mm to eliminate the rubbing isssue?

 

I have no rubbing issues with my 64.7 mm SC pulley from EC. (second batch that is)
