Default Tried out Dynolicious

Downloaded Dynolicious on my iPhone to get a baseline before the mods. 0-60mph could be better as I spun pretty bad all the way through first.. do these figures seem pretty accurate for what a stock SRT should do?

I don't think so. You would be doing mid 10 second quarters with those times...

It doesn't appear all that inaccurate judging by the 8.03 @ 90MPH. Lately I'm running 7.5-7.6 to 93MPH, but that's at the track with DR's. Add 4 tenths and decrease the MPH by the same, and you end up with 7.9/8.0 @ 89.

Wouldn't the 0-60 be about right with the TC on?

Lol yeah right.. Mid tens at what like maybe 110mph tops? Haha and I got the quarter down in 12.9 in the same run.

Traction control was off in that run, I actually went out again tonight and forgot to turn the damn traction control off - did a few launches in a different spot and thought wow this area is nice and sticky for take-offs lol. The funny thing is that I managed a better 0-60 with the TC on, two runs both with TC on I got 4.92 and 4.98. Looking back on that acceleration run.. I think 0-100mph in 9.27 is in fact too quick for a stock SRT if they run around 13s or a bit under 1/4 mile. Here is a chart from Dynolicious from tonight with the TC on:

0-60 in 4.98s
60' - 2.35s (my excuse is I didn't want to spend too much time staging on an empty highway lol)
1/4 13.19s @ 108mph - seems about right for stock especially with a very crappy 60'.

I set the drivetrain loss to 0% so the calculated horsepower is WHP and put the weight of the car + me on the low side as to not inflate the numbers.. a bit north of 300 whp at almost sea level with 49 degrees outside.

Also as accurate as these figures seem.. I got to a little bit north of 120mph during this run yet the max speed during the whole run was shown to be 108.x??

13.1 is the fastest I remember a stock srt6 doing about 110 or so. Been too long...just remember, the apps are nice, but only a close measurement. They won't replace the real timing devices and all the track variables you will encounter...like DA etc....Have fun with it...

I'll probably only go to the track this spring once I at least a CAI/pulley/tune. On a side-note has anybody had any issues going with a 61mm pulley in the long run? I'm still undecided between the 61 and the 64.7, seems like a few members got the larger one only to go with a smaller one later on. I really don't want to replace the crank pulley instead because running a stock one is the best bet as I don't want to change the weight and have a higher rotational inertia, it just makes more sense to replace the supercharger pulley instead. Could I go with the EC 61mm tune if I get the new 62mm pulley?

I don't believe anyone has even touched a EC 61 and the 62 is just now shipping, so there is really no information out there. Of course Rudy has tested the 62, so maybe you should ask him.

Nobody has touched the EC 61? For some reason I assumed quite a few people were running it, it's not too much more aggressive than running the 185 crank.

Random.. I just googled 'dynolicious chart' under images and the top acceleration table came up.. damn google is fast lol.

EC does my tuning. I have ran code 3 pulleys for 4 yrs...it's is a 65. I only went to the 62 to push the limits and I will be monitoring everything while doing that. If you aren't data logging, then stay with a 65. You can't run lean with it. I like the 62's engineering. I wouldn't run aluminum pulleys, just me...not knocking anyone's product, just my personal preference. I will have the 65 1st gen Code 3 pulley for sale. A proven pulley, been around for 4 yrs but with limited mileage since mine are toys...not daily drivers...

I don't think the EC 61 mm pulley was available until this month. So, no one has one. My Code3 rattles like a mad snake so I switched to a 178 crank pulley and stock supercharger pulley.

Seems a tad slow from 0-60 but a tad quick on the top end.
