Default really a mystery no start

So my SRT left me for dead the other night about a mile from my house. Made a few passes on the street and pulled into a car meet to pop the hood and let her cool down. About 2 hours later i go to start the car and NOTHING. not even a click. Had a flat bed tow me home about 3:30am. Battery is good. Ive soldered the RCM once already less than 6 months ago. To rule the RCM out, i swapped it with the RCM from my other car. Still silence when i turn the key. I figured it might be the starter but there have been 2 or more guys that tell me its a rare case of starters going bad on these cars. i checked all the fuses on the RCM and all are good as well. So before i go thru the tedious task of removing the starter (which im really dreading) i wonder if someone has any input.

You do not say if the dash lit up, I amassuming it did.
I had this once, not in this car but the principal is the same and it was a poor battery connection, a loose terminal. Look at the battery ground to the chassis as well. Look at battery cables for corrosion inside the sheath. Is the battery flat? Do the lights work? How is the big fuse by the battery.

My entire dash lights up as normal and lights work. I will check that connection. Also as of late, my lights keep flashing when i lock my doors. Its been driving me crazy to the point that i dont even lock my doors anymore. Ive read all up on the water in the trunk post, but ive seen no signs of water. Someone else suggested my tow switch on the console. Ive notice that i absolutely CANNOT depress the tow switch on. It must be majorly seized. But the top side of the switch for OFF clicks perfect. I noticed that when im sitting in the car and i click "tow off" my dome light comes on everytime i press it. Wtf?

Is there access to the starter motor behind the passenger wheel well liner? Just for future reference.
