I understand how pleased you must be, all the best with yours and hope you enjoy it.
Thank you, I hope you are enjoying yours as well! I have been looking on and off for the past couple years for the "right" one. I am glad waited to get the SSB, and the prior owner of this one took great care of it!

Nice, I have a yellow thermal coated dcai here that needs a new home, I can discount it pretty heavily for you if you can deal with the yellow.

looking good, I would remove the oil fill cap extension neck as it will eliminate one of the 2 leak points there long term. ditch the extension and screw the cap directly onto the valve cover

You really found a well taken care of SRT! Did the rear diffuser come installed from the previous owner?

I told myself (and wife) too, I'm not going to modify this SRT, I swear! Needless to say, that didn't pan out. I'm still trying to convince my wife why we need to replace the intake manifolds, and downpipes from Needswings. I'm actually hoping the stock catalyst cracks. Why would I purchase a new OEM convertor, when I could purchase high flows with downpipes, lol.

Congratulations on the return. I have visions of SRT-6s on carriers passing each other in the night. It seems not too long ago a member in Florida bought one in California.

I am just down the road from you. Mine offers proven, tested, reliable mods in place and it is available. PM if interested

Is there an easy way to take it off without removing the valve cover?

Same story here, but I think my wife knew better. Yes, the prior owner had the diffusers installed. Bought the car from a dealer in Florida and the prior owner included the upgraded Loyd's SRT6 Floor Mats, the Stock Grill, a Car Cover, a new set of Andrew's Decals and even an extra center cap for the wheels.

I looked for years for the "right one", was slow to pull the trigger on two others that got away. Still love these little cars after buying my first one 11 years ago!

use a flat screwdriver and pry up on the tab on the backside of the extension neck when twisting counter clockwise

Yep, that worked. Thanks for the help! It does look much "cleaner" without that neck.
