What is a reasonable cost for parts and labor for front wheel bushing replacements?

Way too much! Why not do it yourself? The parts are cheap, RockAuto, and a set of drivers from Harbor Freight, about $20. That and an hour of your labor for each side and you have new bearings and seals.
