When I have either the left signal or right signal on to make a turn it disappears anytime I brake! Literally the signal is no longer on visually from the dash and outside. Its getting kind of dangerous. I literally have to take my foot off the brake to have the signal light turn on and make my turn

The yellow light bulb comes on when this occurs ! Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

 

Are you saying, the yellow light icon on the dash? If yes, you have a bulb out. I had an 1157 , two wire bulb, brake an blinker, fail. It burnt in a way, when I removed it ,it looked fine an would even work sometimes. Look closely at the filament wires to make sure they haven't been burnt an are touching intermediately.
