Eurocharged TCU tune troubleshoot

I just got a TCU tune installed in my SRT6. If I start the car in S mode the automatic function works correctly. Once I flip the switch to W mode i can not go back to
S (automatic) without restarting the car. Is this normal for the SRT6?

Eurocharged sent a new TCU and the switch works fine now. Thank you Phil at Euro for the help.
