How much cooler do these run vs stock?

 

I've seen as much as 20 degrees difference after 1/4 mile runs.

 

5-10 degrees but with a faster recovery time!

 

I have one of these and have been very happy with it. I did modify the mounting setup by removing the aluminum tabs, welding on feet on the bottom and mounting it like the original exchanger. It is rock solid and performs better than advertised, I see 15-20 degrees different. I did open up the lower grills for better air flow so maybe that helped.
