It comes back on within 2 key cycles. Like I said earlier. My whole air pump system is deleted.

Well like the Army recruiter said: there is nothing wrong with it, it is just not there. However faking it without didling the ECM programming is going to be difficult.

(P0410) SECONDARY AIR INJECTION SYSTEM (CONTINUED)
When Monitored and Set Condition
² When Monitored: Once per driving cycle with the engine at idle, air conditioning is off, barometric pressure is greater than 78 kPa (11 psi), engine coolant temperature is greater than 50°C (122°F) and no other DTC set.
² Set Condition: When the test is enabled, the O2 Sensor must increase by at least 23% (rich).

Only easy way I can see is to make it think the AC is on forever. Switch on the clutch maybe ?

I appreciate the feedback. Maybe I'll just try keeping the AC on and see if it comes back lol. I don't know if it will work as in the summer I had the AC on the whole time I believe. Worth a shot though.

Dunno, I don't explain them, just copied from the '05 service manual.
