Window stickers/build sheets
Window stickers/build sheets
I'm curious. Coming from a Corvette forum site, as an American made car, if the current owner was extremely lucky, the current owner received the original paperwork, passed down from owner to owner. Realize these Crossfires were all manufactured/assembled in Germany then shipped all over the world. Most stealerships would just toss all that paperwork today due to privacy laws. Is this information available/acessable to you and I today. Possibly the 5 years of records might have the detail of the assembly build of each vehicle with their coressponding internal manufacturing and or ordering codes and the data to reproduce these window stickers. Maybe its sitting in a back room in Germany.
I'm sure we all would find that information informative and add documentation of what was assembled and or changed. Just curious if this exists somewhere. If not, sounds like an opportunity for all here who are passionate about these cars.
Regards,

I also have the build sheet, you could get it from a Chrysler site at one time, but not now as I tried again later.

Yeh, that would have been neat to access. More recently, probably under FIAT Chrysler, since I drive a 300 as well, this site allows you to reprint the window sticker. I know it will go back to at least 2009. Just register and list the VIN.

Re: Window stickers/build sheets
Everyone should try and get one. I guess the window sticker is a no go though, ten years was the time limit I heard.

Re: Window stickers/build sheets
After logging into the Mopar site there is no option to download the window sticker for my Crossfire. I also have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the window sticker is downloadable for this vehicle, so anyone with a 2008 may want to try and see if theirs is still available.
