Do our cars need fuel mods for 181 crank pulley or just a tune?
181 crank pulley would be equivalent to 63.3mm sc pulley.

No. A dyno tune is all you need.

I am not sure with the canned tunes. But a professional tuner will find the fuel needed for a 62mm pulley for sure even with the stock fuel pump.
