Default Date of MFR vs model year??

Hi there,
I am new here so sorry if it already has been discussed earlier.
I have bought a SRT 6 Roadster. The MFR says 11/05 and VIN 6X065705.
So to my understanding it is a 2006-model produced in Nov. 2005.
According to the production Numbers a total of 1321 SRT 6 roadsters (the normal LHD) were produced - 1252 (2005) and 69 (2006).
So is my SRT among the few 69 (2006) produced - or among the 1252 because it was produced in 2005?
just curious ;-)
thanks in advance

Welcome to the Crossfire forum with your "New" 2006 SRT6 Roadster. I maintain the SRT6 database related to the VIN#'s. Chrysler never released the detailed database, but did provide the total by coupe and roadster for 2005 and 2006 as listed in the database. Your SRT6 is new to the SRT6 database! One item I need to add your VIN# to the database is the exterior color. There were 5 colors for 2006, Sapphire Silver Blue (silver tone), Aero Blue (medium blue), Graphite (dark gray), Black and Machine Gray (bluish gray tint) a new color for 2006 only.

Welcome to the forum and enjoy your "new" SRT6 Roadster.....
