What do you think? Under priced? Over priced? Price is right?

It’s worth exactly that you’re willing to pay.
My 2 cents, the car looks clean and appears to be priced right.
You won’t really know until you take it for a spin.
The price appears to have dropped by 2k and it’s been Listed for 190+ days.
my red flag would be 6 previous owners.
Does it come with 2 working fobs?

It seem close to me. A little on the high side with over 100k miles compared to others that I have seen listed. You are right though. It is worth what ever someone is willing to pay for it.
First, there have been five owners. The third owner keeps up with the maintenance. The fourth owner had the car stolen and had moderate damage to almost the whole car. Then you can see the maintenance is kept up again. I would want to look the car over on a lift just to see if there is any underbody damage. I purchased my 2005 SRT6 with a known accident but it was to the front driver's side. I checked it on a lift and everything looked fine but the wheel well liner was cracked. I replaced that and an alignment showed nothing was out of wack.
Good luck.
Good luck.
