We rarely hear of Crossfires being stolen and I have been here 19 years
Many of us would like more details about this theft !!

I have a remotely activated GPS tracker in my SRT-6. It's free until I activate it. I just go online, login to their site and turn it on in minutes. I use "Air Land Sea" $15. https://a.co/d/0d7jhItV
The SKREEM (Sentry Key Remote Entry Module) system, is notoriously difficult to bypass or replicate without authorized tools. Programming a new key requires specialized dealer authorization or high-end diagnostic tools. Possibly towed on a flatbed trailer ? (Crossfire steering wheel auto-locks when the key is removed to prevent theft)

I have a GPS tracker on my Crossfire as well
I can use the app on my phone to locate it at anytime
It's unlikely a thief would know it is on the car

Car was in a locked storage facility, keys in a locked box. They broke into both. There was a police chase-crashed car and it was destroyed. Another pristine srt roadster gone. Very sad
No response is weird. Not saying it’s not real but sure weird that if you car got stolen you wouldn’t keep checking back in hopes someone on here might be able to help.
That said, I have always found it amazing that so many NEW cars get stolen and the Crossfire has (imo) been one of the most SAFE vehicles I know of due to it’s security system and that’s impressive for a car from the early 2000s. Speaks to Mercedes technology back then already.

He already said it was destroyed in a police chase.
