Hey, I made an appointment at vehiclespa in orlando to get my car fully detailed before I go on a trip back to my old hometown. My question is, is there anywhere in or around orlando that anyone would know of (that lives,lived here lol) that would do a spectacular job? The previous owners left SWIRLS ALLLLL over... not horrible but not to my liking.

I have NO idea what products this current place uses and Im a FREAK about my car... kinda lookin for somewhere that uses meguiar's products.


AND just a side note, this forum is absolutely the best I can look on here to figure out ANY problem I've had with it so far and fix it or KNOW where to get a part to fix it. You guys are awesome.

I always see cars in there (MB, 'Vette, BMW) being worked on. They seem to be a small shop so only schedule what they can handle professionally in a day.

So I went there and had it detailed. They were really really awesome.... EVERY SINGLE swirl is gone...it looks like liquid. The only problem I had is the headliner was falling off later that night SO im at Xtreme Auto in orlando having them redo the whole headliner for only 85$ (thanks to this site, or I would have gone to Chrysler and had to set up payment plans for their rip off replacement deal)....

Next time you need a great detail guy let me know. I have a fantastic guy who will come to your house/job & do it top to bottom including clay bar for $40. He is fantastic. I work in the car business and he is one of the better detailers I've worked with. He hooks me up but thinks our XF's are neat so I am sure he will pass it on!

 

I wish I would have read this when I was living in that area! I took mine to the Car Bar for a good detailing (removing swirls) and window tinting - he charged me about $350 and left more swirl marks than there were to begin with. I was so disappointed bc I really did a lot of research. He has a lot of neat Mercedes there that have beautiful paint jobs! Live and learn... live and learn...
