Default Roadster Top Weather Strip

The rubber strip where the convertible top meets the car body is badly faded. I tried Mothers Back to Black, but it did not help (worked wonders on my truck's bumpers). Any suggestions? Thanks.

Mine is faded also. A new one will run about $104.

I've had decent results using Meguiars Ultimate Compound to clean it and Meguiars Hot Shine Tire Gel to make it black. I think there are before/after pics in my gallery.

Yep. Here:

Mike told me to try Meg's Professional Vinyl and Rubber cleaner/conditioner. It cleans, revives color and provides UV protection of 40. It worked for me on a 2005. You may need to do it a couple of times.

Sure wish I had it with me yesterday while sking.

Thanks Hawk. I was in your town last weekend. Stayed at the Radisson and ate at Casa Bonita. Great mexican food.
